Global Notebook PC market shrinks by 2% in first quarter of 2020, claims report

In the first quarter of 2020, the notebook market has shrunk by 2% in terms of year-over-year quarterly growth, as per a latest report by Strategy Analytics. As per the report, the total PC shipments worldwide in the first quarter of 2019 were 38.6 million. At the end of the first quarter of 2020, it was recorded at 37.9 million accounting for the 2% annual decline.
